Culinary Concept & Experience Creation

Who I work with:
I work with food brands, cultural and creative brands, and studios/agencies looking to use food as a creative and experiential element. This includes projects where food supports a brand’s identity, story, or visual language - across events, launches, and curated settings.
Food as a conceptual medium
I approach food as a language. Drawing from professional culinary training (including Michelin-starred kitchens) and experience cooking across diverse regions and traditions, I work intuitively with ingredients, seasonality, and context to translate ideas, themes, research, or artistic concepts into edible forms.
My work is informed by long-term engagement with flavour pairing, neurogastronomy, and the visual perception of food - including how colour, texture, composition, and materiality shape meaning and memory.

Experience formats & Brand collaborations
I design and execute concept-driven food formats for events, photoshoots, retreats, and branded gatherings. These range from intimate, reflective settings to narrative-led meals for larger groups, structured to create a sense of belonging and coherence.
This approach is well suited to brand activations, launches, and creative collaborations where food functions as an experiential and visual extension of a brand’s identity. I work independently or alongside creative agencies and production partners, and operate within professional food safety standards (HACCP) for public-facing settings.

How I support projects:

Practice reference: Sharing Table
Elements of this approach can be seen through Sharing Table, my long-running conceptual dinner series where philosophical and psychological themes are translated into food. While community-led, it reflects my broader practice of using food to carry ideas and structure experience.
